يسري على الحيازة، والملكية، والحقوق العينية الأخرى، قانون الموقع فيما يختص بالعقار.

ويسري بالنسبة إلى المنقول قانون الجهة التي يوجد فيها هذا المنقول وقت تحقق السبب الذي ترتب عليه كسب الحيازة أو الملكية أو الحقوق العينية الأخرى أو فقدها.

Applies to possession, property, and other in-kind rights, site law in respect of the property.

For the transferee, it shall apply to the law of the entity in which such movable is located at the time the cause of the acquisition, property or other rights in kind is realized or lost.
