Canadian Immigration and Refugee Board (in French: Commission de l'immigration et du statut de réfugié du Canada), is an independent tribunal responsible for taking fair and equitable terms and matters relating to immigration and citizenship and refugees.
It consists of three sections:
1- Immigration Department:
Handles two main functions make listening sessions acceptance and review the decisions of individuals to book violators of immigration laws.
2- Resumption of the provisions of the Immigration Department:
listen to the requests of Appeal on migration
3- Department of refugee protection:
Take provisions on asylum members living in Canada.
