International Charter of Physical Education and Sports.. All people need access to physical education



Held the United Nations Organization for Education, Culture and Science, "UNESCO" Year 1978, (1398 e) in Paris an international conference on physical education and sport and to consider the areas to take advantage of them.
This conference resulted in the development of an international Charter of Physical Education and Sports under the theme "Sport for All" because that indicate the necessity of all people benefit from physical education and the embodiment of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Article I: The practice of physical education and sport is a fundamental right for all.
Article II: The physical education and sport form an essential component of continuing education within the educational system overall.
Article III: Programs should meet the physical education and sports needs of individuals and society.
Article IV: You must be entrusted to teach physical education and sport and direct them, and managed with qualified staff.
Article V: The provision of facilities and appropriate equipment is indispensable for physical education and sport.
Article VI: The search and evaluation are essential factors for the development of physical education and sport.
Article VII: The information and documentation contribute to the promotion of physical education and sport.
Article VIII: should the media be a positive influence on physical education and sport.
Article IX: National institutions play a key role in physical education and sport.
Article X: The development of comprehensive and balanced physical education and sport and requires international cooperation.
